During my stay, I faced numerous issues with the room. The shower had awful water pressure, making it difficult to refresh myself. Additionally, the air conditioning unit rattled incessantly, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. Overall, my experience did not meet the standards I expected.

I appreciated the fantastic location of the hotel, which made it super easy to visit the Golisano Children's Museum of Naples, just over three kilometers away, and enjoy a leisurely stroll through Veterans Community Park, which is about four kilometers from the hotel. overall, my experience was enhanced by the cleanliness and well-maintained facilities, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Had a great experience here with my family. The hotel was well-maintained, and the breakfast area was stocked and organized, even with a college baseball team in the mix. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Just imagine walking in, and they already had our room ready, all arranged. We felt welcomed every time we passed the front desk.
